I purchased 5 shirts for Orange Shirt Day 2023. Only 4 arrived (I had ordered 2 in the same size, so an understandable error). I got in touch with the company, and received an email back within 48 hours with an apology and assurance that the last shirt would be out in the mail the following day, and it was. It arrived with plenty of time to wear it on Orange Shirt Day and before.
