Orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, and other trusted carrier partners depending on destination, package size, and the most reliable service available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates within Canada vary by region and are calculated based on destination and order size.
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): Flat rate shipping for orders under $100 CAD.
• Central and Atlantic Canada (ON, QC, NB, NS, PEI, NL): Higher flat rate shipping may apply due to carrier distance pricing.
• Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post carrier pricing.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders starting at $100 CAD, with higher thresholds for some regions due to carrier costs.
Shipping methods and final rates are determined at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected carrier service.
United States
• Flat Rate Shipping: $9.00 USD for orders under $100
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 USD qualify for standard free shipping
International
• Free Shipping: available in some regions on orders over $200 (local currency equivalent) qualify for free standard shipping where available.
Shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the destination, package size, and selected service.
Heavy or Oversized Orders
Orders weighing 8 kg (17.6 lbs) or more may require a custom shipping quote due to carrier pricing and package size limitations. In these cases, customers will be contacted with a shipping quote before the order is finalized or shipped. Customers may choose to approve the quoted shipping cost or cancel the order for a full refund.
Oversized items may display a placeholder shipping rate at checkout until the final carrier quote is confirmed.
Orders over 5 kg shipping to the Northern Territories or certain international destinations may require a custom shipping quote due to carrier pricing and delivery limitations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with available shipping options before the order is finalized or shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select regions including the United States, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.
For many international destinations, shipping rates are calculated in real time based on Canada Post carrier pricing.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are not controlled by TwoChiefs.
In some cases, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges required to receive the shipment.
Product prices displayed on our website do not include import VAT or customs duties applicable in the destination country. EU and UK customers should be aware that import VAT may be collected by the carrier upon delivery if it was not collected at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
During periods of high order volume or operational delays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International (non-US): 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing in the destination country.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided with most shipments within Canada and the United States. For some international shipping services, tracking availability may vary.
Customers may contact us prior to ordering if they require specific tracked shipping services.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address information, refusal to pay import charges, or failure to collect the shipment, original shipping costs and any associated carrier fees may be deducted from any refund issued.
