Yes. Everyone is welcome to shop at TwoChiefs.

All of our products feature Indigenous designs created by First Nations artists. TwoChiefs is an Indigenous-owned company that works to uplift and support Indigenous artists and creators.

By shopping with us, you are helping support Indigenous art and entrepreneurship. We simply ask that customers respect the cultures behind the artwork and enjoy the craftsmanship that goes into each piece.

Who are the artists featured on TwoChiefs products?

TwoChiefs works with Indigenous artists and makers from across Turtle Island. Each product page includes information about the artist and their Nation or affiliation. You can also visit our Artist page to learn more about the creators we work with. We continue to update this page as new artists join our collection.

Does purchasing support Indigenous artists?

Yes. Artists are credited for their work and are compensated for the use of their designs.

Products

Are your products Indigenous designed?

Yes. Every product sold by TwoChiefs features artwork created by Indigenous artists. Each product listing includes the artist name and their Nation or affiliation.

Where are your products made?

Production varies by item. While manufacturing locations may differ, all designs originate from Indigenous artists and are licensed for use by TwoChiefs

Will colours look exactly the same as the photos?

We do our best to represent products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. TwoChiefs offers digital gift cards that can be used online or in-store. Gift cards are delivered electronically and can be used toward any product available on our website or in our retail store.

Do you restock sold out items?

Some items may be restocked depending on availability. Because many products feature licensed Indigenous artwork or limited production runs, certain items may only be available for a limited time. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to send us a message and we’ll let you know if a restock is planned.

Are your blankets wool, fleece or acrylic?

Blanket materials vary depending on the design and manufacturer. TwoChiefs carries both soft fleece blankets and acrylic blend blankets, each chosen for durability and comfort. The specific material for each blanket is listed on the individual product page.

Shipping

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes. TwoChiefs ships across Canada and to the United States. Some international shipping may also be available depending on the destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your destination. Orders shipping outside of British Columbia may take longer depending on distance.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Local pickup is available at our store during open hours. You can chooselocal pickup at checkout. If you plan to pick up your order, feel free to message us for a local pickup discount code.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a14-day return window. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What condition must items be in to return them?

Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Yes. TwoChiefs operates a retail store located on Cheam First Nation in British Columbia.
