Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
We do not charge any restocking fees, and customers must purchase their own return shipping label.
To start a return, please contact us at kirkland@shoptwochiefs.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped to our return address in Canada.
Return shipments are made to our address 3-10704 Hwy 9, Rosedale, BC, V0X 1X1
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, or customs fees associated with returning international orders.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including special orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Canada Return Shipping
Returns from customers located in Canada must be shipped to our return address in British Columbia. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
United States Returns
Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Approved returns must be shipped to our return address in Canada.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
