About
Kirkland is the founder of TwoChiefs, an Indigenous-owned business that uplifts Indigenous artists, named for his grandfather and father who both served as Chiefs. Self-taught in business, he has learned to trust his gut on the big decisions. Those lessons in leadership, entrepreneurship and resilience are what he now passes on.
Canadian audiences know Kirkland from CTV's Farming for Love Season 2, where he was the franchise's first 2SLGBTQ+ farmer. He was also on The Traitors Canada Season 2, winner of the Canadian Screen Award for best reality series. He has been a guest on talk shows like The Social and eTalk. A trained actor with credits in scripted TV and voice over, he is at home in front of a camera and a crowd. Being open about who he is on national TV showed him how much authenticity connects with people and that is at the heart of his talks.
Fun, authentic and down to earth, Kirkland's goal is to create spaces where youth, staff and community members feel comfortable joining in and leave with something they can use in their own lives.
